• Intelligent office system: Book meeting rooms and control lighting and environment via APP to achieve "unlimited freedom" in work mode.
• Interactive walls: Set up large touch screens or projection walls to display company data, game hotspots, and employee creative submissions in real time, creating "infinite interaction" between the space and people.
• Immersive Experience Room: Utilizing VR/AR technology, this room creates a space where you can experience future gaming concepts, making the "infinite" future within reach.

I. Technology connects life

• Using the "connection, transmission, and bridging" functions of the XinHua chip as a metaphor, the spatial circulation design allows people to communicate naturally with each other and with the environment.
• The concept of "connection" is embodied in the fusion of light, materials, and technological language—using elements such as transparent glass, metal, and smart lighting to create a technologically rational yet warm spatial atmosphere.

II. Space Connects Workflow

• The spatial planning is based on the theme of "flowing interfaces," connecting different functional areas with open corridors, glass partitions, and visual axes of planting.
  
  

Strengthen the visual and psychological connections in cross-departmental collaboration.

• Public areas such as the reception hall, exhibition area, exchange area and meeting room form open and shared nodes, symbolizing the "central hub" of creativity and information exchange.
• Private areas such as R&D laboratories, server rooms, and administrative offices are defined by structural walls and acoustic design to maintain focus and security.

The space is themed around "local culture × international image," extending into an open atmosphere reminiscent of street music performances, symbolizing the cohesiveness and creativity brought by music. The design utilizes green building materials, low-carbon systems, and intelligent controls to practice ESG sustainability, and uses natural light, greenery, and health-oriented features to create a comfortable and creative work environment.

The overall design is developed in five core directions:

Employing prefabricated construction methods and green building materials, coupled with LED lighting, intelligent air conditioning, and solar energy systems, energy conservation and carbon reduction are achieved. Rainwater harvesting and green wall design enhance environmental quality and implement green building concepts.

The design is inspired by a "garden," hoping to incorporate natural elements into the office space, so that the workplace is no longer just a cold office, but a green environment where one can relax and take a breath.

Through large areas of green planting, the introduction of natural light, and the use of natural-looking materials, we hope to create a relaxing atmosphere like being outdoors.

The office space isn't just a place for productivity; it's also a place where people can relax and unwind, sparking creativity. We believe that when the office becomes an "urban oasis," it can enhance employees' focus and creativity, truly realizing the beautiful vision of "working in a garden."
